Processing Time

All products are handcrafted. Please allow 5–7 business days for order processing before shipment.

During restocks, sales, or holiday seasons, processing may extend slightly due to high order volume.

Shipping Carrier

We ship through USPS. If USPS delivers to your region, we are happy to ship to you.

International Orders:
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Shipping Time

Domestic U.S. shipping typically takes 2–5 business days after processing.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives your package.

Incorrect Address

If the address provided is incorrect and your package is returned to us, you will be responsible for reshipment fees.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

KiBee’s Creations is not responsible for packages marked Delivered by USPS or for delays caused by the carrier. However, we are happy to assist with:

  • Filing a missing mail search

  • Supporting your USPS claim

  • Guiding next steps

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery to:

Naperville, Joliet, Plainfield, Aurora, and surrounding areas.

A delivery fee applies.
Delivery typically occurs within 3–7 business days after processing.
